Work will only proceed according to the written estimate, agreement or contract accepted by Seal Pros Waterproofing Ltd. and the customer.

Final pricing, scheduling, scope, materials, exclusions, deposits, taxes, warranties and payment terms will be stated in the applicable written agreement.

1. Hidden and Unforeseen Conditions

Waterproofing work may reveal concealed damage, unsuitable soil, buried services, structural concerns, drainage issues, deteriorated concrete or other conditions that were not visible when the original estimate was prepared.

Additional work resulting from concealed or unforeseen conditions may require a revised quotation or written change order.

1. Structural and Engineering Matters

Carbon fibre reinforcement and other structural repairs must be evaluated based on the specific condition of the foundation.

Seal Pros Waterproofing Ltd. may recommend that a customer obtain an assessment from a licensed professional engineer where structural movement, bowing, major cracking or other structural concerns are present.

1. Warranties

Only warranties expressly included in a written and accepted project agreement apply.

Website statements, general descriptions, advertisements, conversations or preliminary estimates do not create additional warranties.
